Why isn’t the item condition included in the product title?
Please assume that any card without a condition listed is in Near Mint condition.
Is the product price inclusive of customs duties?
Customs duties are not included in the product price. Therefore, you will need to pay customs duties separately at the time of customs clearance or upon receiving the item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club) and PayPal.If you prefer to pay via Wise or Revolut, please contact us through the inquiry form.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use major carriers such as FedEx and DHL, which offer excellent insurance coverage, delivery speed, tracking accuracy, and customs clearance.
How do you package the items?
We pack each item with extreme care — often more securely than necessary — to ensure safe delivery. Our packaging has received excellent feedback from customers. We have shipped over 2,000 cards and have never had a single issue with product condition.
How long does it take to ship the item?
It may take up to 5 business days to ship your order, and delivery usually takes about one week after shipment.However, please note that this is only an estimate, as delays may occur due to various circumstances.
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
For international shipments, we cannot offer date or time selection because delivery may be delayed due to various circumstances.
I would like to know the tracking number.
The tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email we sent you, so please check that message.
I haven’t received the order confirmation email.
It’s possible that your email provider has marked the message as spam.Please check your spam or junk mail folder.If you still can’t find it, please contact us through the inquiry form.
I would like to cancel my order. How can I do that?
We’re very sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
There was an error in the shipping address I entered. What should I do?
If the item has not yet been shipped, we can update the shipping address.

If the item has already been shipped and is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you again by email once it arrives back at our facility.
Is it possible to change the payment method?
We’re unable to change the payment method after an order has been placed.
